What is the Clinical Forum?
The MAKE Solutions Clinical Forum is a quarterly interactive meeting to discuss current trends, concerns, and pain points associated with nursing and nursing informatics. The forum will provide a safe, neutral environment to share information regarding client successes, strategies, pain points, and trends associated with nursing clinical informatics and nursing practice.
Meet the hosts
Dr. David Wilcox, DNP, MHA BSN, RN-BC, LSSBB
Dr. David Wilcox is the Chief Clinical Officer at MAKE Solutions. He is a Registered Nurse Executive with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and expertise in change management who is focused on creating greater efficiencies for bedside clinicians and patient outcomes using technology, data, process and Senior Executive support. He uses conflict resolution and collaborative consensus building to drive successful adoption of new processes and culture change.
Marc Perkins-Carrillo, MSN, RN, NI-BC, NE-BC, HACP, CSBI
Marc Perkins-Carrillo is a nationally recognized nursing informatics executive with over 30 years of clinical and leadership experience. As CNIO at Moffitt Cancer Center, he leads digital health strategy and innovation, driving initiatives that enhance care quality, reduce clinician burden, and support precision oncology. Marc holds four board certifications, is an ANIA, AMIA, & HIMSS member, and is a graduate of the Rising CMIO, CNIO, CTO & CIOs Fellowship, co-sponsored by The Health Management Academy and AWS.
